Lance Armstrong crash: what happened?

At first, it's reported that Lance Armstrong's girlfriend Anna Hansen took the blame so her name would not attract attention.

Lance Armstrong is facing "minor" charges of leaving the scene of an accident without reporting it to the police and driving too fast for conditions.
