Mouth painting, mountain climbing and motor racing.
Dr Chetna Kang and Sophie Sulehria focus on disabled peoples' achievements.
From motor racing to mountain climbing, there's nothing that disabled people can't do.
This week Sophie and Chetna celebrate the achievements of disabled people in the three counties.
They speak to Lewis Hamilton’s brother Nicolas Hamilton - a racing driver from Hertfordshire who has cerebral palsy.
They meet the blind golfer who honed his craft in Bedford to become one of the world's best.
And they speak to Keith Jansz from Buckingham, who became a professional mouth artist after a car accident left him paralysed.
