Kittel wins Tour de France Stage 1 as Cavendish crashes

Marcel Kittel wins the sprint on Stage 1 of the Tour de France as Mark Cavendish crashes.

The 190.5km route went from Leeds to Harrogate, where Britain's Cavendish hoped to win to pull on the leader's yellow jersey.
