Richard Bacon experiment: Can sound change food taste?

Richard Bacon and Professor Peter Barham from the University of Bristol carried out an experiment at a food festival in Bristol.

They played different noises to 5 live audience members while they sampled foods at the Bristol Food Connections festival to investigate if sound can change the way food tastes.
