Making the A417/419 quiter

People in the Cirencester area who live near the A417 /A419 are trying to get pressure put on DEFRA to allocate the road as a "noise hotspot".

With that label, the Highways Agency could be forced to address noise concerns, meaning the concrete surface could be replaced with asphalt.
