Designing a sandwich (pt 1/2)

Buckingham Foods make sandwiches for several big brands and they're always creating new sandwiches. At their ideas meeting, the design team discusses a new 'Christmas' sandwich: what could go into it and how to balance considerations of taste and health. The team then tastes some potential ingredients to see what works well together and what doesn't. In part two of this clip we see the sandwich-making mass production line and a final 'blind' taste test.
