Digital animation of movement - Julian Opie

Children work with artist Julian Opie to photograph and draw a sequence of body movements that are then turned into a short digital animation. The artist shows children how to use a camera, drawing materials and a computer to record and digitally animate their own body movements. There is a demonstration of how animation uses many frames and images to produce a short film.
