The third Heat of contestants are put through their paces

In the 'Seven Ingredient Invention Test', the ten chefs must create a dish from a selection of chicken thighs, bacon, leeks, chocolate, brandy, grapes and a bunch of tarragon.

In one hour they must come up with a dish which showcases their talent and ability in the kitchen and impresses the awesome palate of Monica.
