Autism, smoking and unemployment

The High Court has ruled that Metropolitan Police officers assaulted a 16-year-old boy with severe autism, smokers who are fined £80 for dropping cigarette butts in Enfield will receive shopping vouchers worth £60 if they complete a stop smoking course and unemployment has risen to 2.67million.
