Mum's horror at lighter punshments for drug dealers

The mother of a Herefordshire student who died from a heroin overdose says she's horrified that drug dealers could soon be facing lighter punishments. One in three councils have not received a single application to host a street party to mark the royal wedding and The Freedom of Wychavon awarded to the Mercian Regiment.
