Each day the editor of the Northern Echo Peter Barron challenges BBC Tees to come up with a better headline for one of their stories.

Tuesday's headline challenge and The Northern Echo go with a story about Karen Woolley who used a metal detector to track down a lost 100-year-old diamond ring - a family heirloom - and found it inside her puppy Barney.
