Chess Rules

Bottom is a sitcom from the early 1990's, written by and starring Adrian Edmondson and Rik Mayall. Eddie and Richie are two desperate flatmates on the dole, living in a flat in Hammersmith. In the absence of a TV, they try to fend off boredom by playing chess. Eddie tries to explain the game to Richie with a chess board comprising of chess pieces and household ornaments.
