Francois' langurs
Filming the langurs' acrobatic lifestyle on the cliffs of the Mayanghe Reserve in northern Guizhou Province took over a week. Cameraman Justin Maguire carried out a hi-tech covert filming operation, hiding inside the monkeys' sleeping cave with an infra-red sensitive camera. The director then prompted him in whispered messages via mobile phone as he followed the monkeys deep into the subterranean cave.
