In episode two of Outliers we see how the love of the open road reveals itself in three very different guises. In Oakland, California, a long-standing tradition of individuality has seen the rise of dramatically customised cars, and the controversial practice of side-showing - taking over public roads to perform stunts. In London, England, we meet young people who are taking to their bikes to defy stereotypes and combat a growing epidemic of lethal knife-crime. And in Beirut, Lebanon, a place with a history of division and, occasionally, devastating conflict, we hear from the women and men of the city's motorcycle clubs, who welcome anyone, regardless of race, gender, religion or politics.
