As South Africa celebrates the 100th Anniversary of the birth of Nelson Mandela the Travel Show's Lucy Hedges heads to Johannesburg to discover how the city is re-inventing itself and meet Mandela's personal chef to cook up a dish that was one of his personal favourites. Her next stop is Cape Town where she visits the site of Mandela's historic speech when he was first released from prison and then meets the young ballroom dancers who are helping to break down barriers between black and white.
