This week Rajan Datar returns to Greece, two years on, to see how much the tourism industry has contributed to the country's recovery. He revisits a hotelier who in 2012 was close to shutting down his hotels, but now is much more confident about the future. And he talks to a young entrepreneur who has had to abandon her food tourism project because of lack of funds. He asks the minister of tourism what the long aims are for Greece's biggest economic sector.
