We could not stop a developer felling local trees

Gloria Hunniford, Louise Minchin and Julia Somerville investigate after a property developer chopped down a row of trees despite the council rejecting an earlier planning application that would have destroyed them. The team set out to discover who had really given permission.

Also on the programme, a couple whose wonky conservatory has caused them years of worry visit the advice clinic in Exeter for help with getting the installer to put things right.
