Eva marvels at the beauty of Provence as it continues to rewrite the rules of French cuisine and explores Marseilles, which has developed a diverse restaurant community.
Starting in the port city of Marseilles, Eva shares a spicy half-and-half pizza with local chef and rising star Valentin Ruffali, before heading to La Ola to try a delicious blend of French and North African cuisine courtesy of chef Khouloude Ben Thayer.
After enjoying the ancient and feted bouillabaisse fish broth, Eva heads out into the sun-kissed landscape to try the traditional summer vegetable dish of ratatouille and a sun-drenched salad niçoise on the Riviera at the famous Hotel du Cap.
