Kaj Duncan David and Scenatet perform David's Only Birds - a long-form work which draws on "electronic voice technologies, new age and psychedelic aesthetics" - recorded live at Cafe Oto in London. Plus a recording by the BBC Symphony Orchestra of Tristan Murail's Gondwana, a defining composition of spectralism from 1980. Plus a round-up of some of the latest new releases, and a Miles Davis-inspired track from Wadada Leo Smith ahead of next week's centenary celebrations. With Tom Service.
