As spring turns to summer, Dougie is in Cairngorms National Park to find out how authorities are protecting precious habitats from the risk of wildfires. Cammy is on his Ayrshire farm at the peak of lambing season, and Anne ventures to the Isle of May to find out how extreme weather is driving apart one species of birds that mate for life. She also reflects on her own special family connection to the island and pays a visit to the lighthouse where her grandfather was posted.
Elsewhere, journalist Rachel Bell follows in the footsteps of the Highland Lady who left her stylish mark in Braemar.
