The team meet and record at the Music Yard Arts & Wellbeing Centre in Larne – finding out about the great work that goes on in this impressive space including an inclusive and award winning dementia-friendly choir.

Dancer Emma Bryson pops in to tell us all about performing at Tartan Day in New York City and Jonnie Crawford is on hand to help find out why May Day has plenty of Ulster-Scots-related history.
