Being a vampire has never come naturally to Val, but as he is heir to the throne, all eyes are on him to live up to expectations. When his mum reveals a huge secret, all becomes clear.
As Val is vampire heir to the throne, there are great expectations for him to follow in his father’s traditional footsteps. However, he has never really got to grips with the usual bloodthirsty rites of passage. When it finally looks like he has got what it takes and a date for his official initiation into adulthood is set, his mum reveals a shocking secret. Val finds himself torn between two worlds, with a huge dilemma.
