Your daily classical soundtrack

Half an hour of back to back classical music including works by Claude Debussy, Anna Clyne, James MacMillan, and a well-known TV theme by John Harle.

Wind down at the end of a busy day with half an hour of back to back classical music, including a lyrical prelude by Rachmaninov, an atmospheric seascape by Anna Clyne, and a haunting theme tune to a popular, long-running TV crime drama series by John Harle. As the Spring equinox nudges us into a new season, there are echoes of winter in music by Vivaldi and Lars-Erik Larsson, French melody from Claude Debussy and a film score by Georges Delerue. Also in the sequence is a profoundly moving choral work by the Scottish composer James MacMillan, written in memory of the victims of the Dunblane massacre 30 years ago this month.
