Sara Mohr-Pietsch explores one of the most recognisable pieces of classical music, Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings.

Sara Mohr-Pietsch explores one of the most recognisable pieces of classical music, Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings. The work was famously used at the funerals of President John F. Kennedy, and Princess Diana, so Sara includes other music associated with mourning by Purcell, Tavener, and Mahalia Jackson, alongside pieces of classical music, which like Barber's work, have become iconically associated with films.
