Naruto falls ill, and Sasuke goes to the Tatar Observatory, a facility in the Land of Redaku, to try to find a cure. Isolated from the rest of the world, this location is home to Meno, a type of dragon-beast previously thought to be extinct. Sasuke infiltrates the Institute by pretending to be an inmate. The Sage of the Six Paths, who founded the Ninja Creed, was once afflicted by the same illness and was cured here. Guided by ancient records, Sasuke is determined to find a remedy.
