The Academy’s school festival begins and Kawaki encounters someone he believes to be the assassin targeting Kae. Despite his concerns, he focuses on the play. Seeing how excited Kae is for the event, he decides not to reveal his encounter with the assassin and keeps an eye on Kae from afar. However, as the Academy bustles with people, a bomb suddenly goes off.
