Kathryn Tickell curates a selection of roots-based music from across the globe, including fresh Afro-diasporic grooves from London-based, Ethio-jazz–inspired duo Zena. Plus Rotterdam-based Ghanaian multi-instrumentalist and producer Kay Slice collaborates with highlife legend Gyedu-Blay Ambolley, and Swedish fiddle icon Lena Jonsson and Finnish accordion innovator Johanna Juhola bring new life into traditional Nordic melodies.
