Fresh from the Cornish coast, Nathan Outlaw serves up deep-fried monkfish on a fresh and vibrant watercress soup. Dr Rupy Aujla has a delicious chicken curry packed full of goodness.

Daisy Terry delivers a focaccia masterclass with essential baking tips, Sam and Shuana deliver an iconic dish from America's Deep South with their shrimps and grits, and Paul A Young serves up a huge hit of nostalgia with his take on a classic Viennetta.

Finally, Jo Band faces her food heaven, potato and cheese pie, or her food hell, beef stew and dumplings. Meanwhile, Rick Stein goes in search of Staffordshire oatcakes, and Clive Myrie is in Cuba, visiting one of the only vegans in the country.
