A huge name in the music since her hugely successful 1990 debut album Down To Earth, Monie was part of the iconic Native Tongues collective and has been based in the US for decades. They talk all about her contributions to hip hop, whether or not she considers herself a British artist, the best classic fish and chip shop, and her brand new project, Love Notes!
