On Match of the Day; Emma's weekly dating slot, she chats to listeners about their love lives; the good, the bad and the unforgettable dates! Today, she speaks to Sam who is going on her first date in 8 years! Sam and Emma go way back, they went trekking together in the Himalayas with the charity Coppafeel! in 2024, so we'll be catching up with her next week to find out how the first date went.

After 2pm, it's Saturday Matinee and you are the stars of the show! Emma chats to Simon, who is a gardener by day and panto star by night. She also phones her husband Matt Willis, who is deep in preparation for his opening night in Cabaret in the KitKat Club on 26th January.
