An estranged brother and sister come face to face for the first time in nearly five years. Will two days in the wild be enough to heal the rift between them?

Estranged brother and sister Dawn and David come face to face for the first time in nearly five years. Their relationship has always been complicated, with Dawn being given up for adoption at birth while her younger brother was kept. Dawn reconnected with the family in her teens but struggled to feel accepted. When she failed to attend their birth mother’s funeral, David broke off contact.

The pair take on a navigation challenge and, the ultimate test of trust, a counterbalance abseil. They also confront painful subjects from their past in an emotional campfire chat with relationship therapist Simone.

Will two days surviving in the wild be enough to heal the rift between them?
