The Best of…Part 1: 50 Cent, Mr Tumble & Coleen in a Trolley

Wayne’s beef with Mr Tumble, his appearance at 50 Cent’s gig and taking Coleen to a drive-thru in a shopping trolley: it’s part 1 of the best moments of the show so far.

Christmas is a time of reflection and so here at The Wayne Rooney Show, we’ve decided to give you the best moments from the show so far.

Wayne opens up about a surprisingly strong grievance with Mr Tumble, before rewinding to a star-studded party in the US that took an unexpected turn when he ended the night pushing Coleen through a drive-thru… in a shopping trolley. There’s also a story Wayne’s rarely told before, as he explains how he somehow managed to injure one of his son’s teachers.

Football rivalry takes centre stage as Wayne reflects on the Manchester United vs Arsenal feud, including exactly what happened in Pizzagate. He also imagines how he’d cope in I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here and reacts to Danny Jones’ close encounter with a snake, and explains why his first ever car was a Ford KA, despite being one of the most famous footballers in the country.

Wayne’s agent Paul Stretford tells a never-heard-before story about Wayne offering out Joe Calzaghe at his wedding, before Wazza takes us back to his teenage years and reveals how his move from Everton to Manchester United really happened, including the lengths Bill Kenwright went to in a bid to keep him at Goodison Park.

The stories keep coming as Wayne explains how he tried to bring swords home from Saudi Arabia, recalls a surreal trip to South Korea where he ended up dressed in a school uniform alongside Rio Ferdinand and Bastian Schweinsteiger, and remembers the moment he and Rio somehow found themselves on stage with 50 Cent.

There’s also a brilliant memory from Wayne’s FA coaching course, where he and Jonathan Woodgate were forced to sing and dance to a Les Misérables classic, and the episode rounds off with Sam Allardyce sharing a classic Big Sam tale about the time he caught one of his star players lying straight to his face.
