Chess Set, Clockwork Cars, Victorian Sewing Table
Peter winds up the dealers with his clockwork cars, Julie and John won’t let their gong go for a song, and chess player Dave turns the room into a pawn shop.
Ben from Lincolnshire arrives with a piece of Rolls-Royce advertising. It’s shiny and decorative, but who will make the highest offer?
Our second sellers are Dave and wife Carole from Cheshire. They’ve brought in a professionally restored antique chess set, sure to have both JB and Georges interested, but who will emerge king of the castle?
Michelle is next to try to separate our canny dealers from their cold hard cash. She’s selling her dressmaker mother’s Victorian sewing table, and while it’s clearly a big hit with Simon, will it also appeal to our more commercially minded buyers?
Fourth, and all the way from Stoke, Julie and John are going for broke. They’ve run out of room for their impressive oak gong, but they won’t let it go for a song.
Before we bid adieu, there’s just time to find out if Peter’s clockwork cars will get our toy-loving dealers all wound up.
