It's been 25 years since the New Afrika Shrine opened in Lagos, an entertainment centre in tribute to Afrobeat creator Fela Kuti. Kamilah looks back at his life and plays the iconic tracks that laid the foundation for Afrobeats. And hear the new Christmas song from gospel singer Michelle John, who you might remember from The Voice, as she joins the show.
