Feel-good tunes to make you groove. Plus Reggae artist Hollie Cook chooses the tracks that take her back to the dancefloors of her youth in Rewind Selector.

Feel-good favourites, hidden gems and fresh tunes to make you groove. DJ Spoony serves up a brilliant selection of soulful house, classic soul, disco, RnB, UK Garage, Reggae, hip hop, doo-wop, funk, dance remixes, and much more.

British Reggae artist Hollie Cook is tonight's ‘Rewind Selector’, choosing the tracks that take her back to the dancefloors of her youth. The singer and keyboardist is celebrated for her lush, dreamy blend of roots reggae, dub, and “tropical pop", known for bringing a fresh, soulful voice to the genre while carrying forward its rich heritage. Hollie, the daughter of Paul Cook (drummer of the Sex Pistols) and Jeni Cook (backing singer for Culture Club), joined the final line-up of the pioneering all-female punk/reggae band The Slits before launching her solo career in 2011. Her latest album, 'Shy Girl', was released in October.

Spoony wraps things up with a ‘Midnight Feast’ track. Think big production, lush orchestration, and the best voices in the business!
