Garden historian and presenter of Gardener's World, Advolly Richmond, makes the BBC Radio 4 Appeal on behalf of the charity Village Water.

The Radio 4 Appeal features a new charity every week.
Each appeal then runs on Radio 4 from Sunday 0755 for 7 days.

Village Water transforms lives in rural Zambia and Mozambique by bringing safe water, sanitation and hygiene to schools, communities and health centres. Our work goes beyond taps and toilets. We train teachers, support menstrual health and help local people maintain these systems.
