Tropical Trails and Antique Tales

Episode 10 of 20

A special stone, souvenirs and a mystery kitchen gizmo. Phil Serrell and Tahmina Ghaffar’s road trip takes a tropical detour in Cornwall. But who will be left wilting at the finish line?

It’s the final leg of Phil Serrell and Tahmina Ghaffar’s antiques road trip, and they’re Cornwall-bound for one last tussle.

Tahmina goes gaga for a polished stone that reveals a naturally formed landscape scene, and she’s drawn to a pair of royal souvenirs with regal charm. Meanwhile, Phil sticks to his curious ways, uncovering a mystery metal kitchen gadget with an unusual purpose.

Away from the shops, the duo take a detour into the tropics, without ever leaving the UK, as they explore one of the world’s largest greenhouses and discover the wonders of a man-made rainforest.

With their final auction looming, the pressure is on. Will one of them blossom in the bidding room, or will their fortunes wilt like week-old daisies?
