Following a panic attack, Tony Mammoth (briefly) decides to get healthy. At the gym, he’s confronted by his nemesis, Terry Keane. His previous traumatic experience spurs him on to get revenge on Terry by signing up to a rival over-70s football team. With the help of Roger, he gets fighting fit to be ready for his day of destiny.

Meanwhile, Mel decides to quit her job and follow her 'dream' - becoming a professional potter.
