Malcolm surprises Gemma and Sadie with a weekend away. Returning home from living in Spain, Malcolm’s estranged dad, Jackie, invites himself along. Worn down by his father’s constant jibes and Gemma’s disappointment at the holiday, Malcolm calls Derek for help. Between managing Derek’s secret addiction and Jackie trying to recruit investors to his business, Malcolm enters the talent contest.
