Highlights of the National Service of Remembrance as senior members of the royal family lead the commemorations at the Cenotaph in London.

Senior members of the royal family are joined in Whitehall by leading UK politicians, the armed forces, representatives of the Commonwealth and faith communities for the morning’s commemorations. The two-minute silence at 11 o’clock is followed by wreath laying as the nation remembers all those who died serving their country.

The historic march past of 10,000 veterans takes place, and those involved throughout the morning share remarkable stories of courage and sacrifice.
