This week, Cerys invites Louisiana-born blues guitarist, vocalist and songwriter D.K. Harrell to perform live from the legendary BBC Maida Vale studio. One of the stars of the modern blues scene, D.K. Harrell draws influence from B.B. King, Elmore James, Albert King and John Lee Hooker. Earlier this year he released his first album since signing with Alligator Records, Talkin' Heavy.
