Scammers pretending to be a broadband provider take control of a man’s phone. They have turned on his camera and are cutting the team’s calls to him.
Scammers pretending to be an internet provider have taken full control of a man’s phone as they try to convince him that hackers are threatening his email and personal information. In fact, they are the ones who are after his money.
With the scammers controlling his phone, they are able to access his camera and are cutting our calls to him. The team are forced to call the man on every phone they can lay their hands on to try to reach him in time.
