Jess Gillam’s guest this week is the baritone and cabaret star Le Gateau Chocolat, an artist who moves between multiple genres, from touring his production ICONS, to creating the children’s show Duckie, to appearing at the Bayreuth Festival in Wagner’s Tannhäuser. Gateau brings along his favourite tracks to share with Jess, including music by Margaret Bonds, Anonhi and Samara Joy. Jess has tracks by Charlie Parker and Tchaikovsky.
