For today's Made in London segment Bobby goes into the archives and we listen back to the previous great guest Nina Wadia. She played Zainab Masood in EastEnders, she played Aunty Noor in Citizen Khan and Mrs Hussein in the comedy Still Open All Hours

Ahead of our big day for Children in Need, Radio London's Shay Kaur Grewal and Xavi Bird will be attempting this year's thousand mile challenge, walking 3 legged - we hear about their story.

After 8pm Bobby is joined by a fellow Hounslow boy Satwinder Sehmi. He is a highly skilled artist - a calligrapher and has also just been on the cover of the 'Crohns and Colitis' magazine.

Bobby gets an update on Women's cricket. India took on South Africa in the final of the ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup at the DY Patil Stadium in India — and it was INDIA who claimed victory by 52 runs. Salma Bi, multi-award-winning cricketer and coach, honoured with the British Empire Medal tells us all.

For the last hour of the show, Bobby looks at Stress Awareness Day with Sukh Padda, who is a Holistic Healer. He can talk to us about the link between physical pain and emotional well being in the South Asian community.
