'You’re working too hard on the farm!'
Iris in Ballyclare worries that Sean is working too late on Farmer Wade’s farm.
“A brilliant start to the show today!” says Eddie. “It certainly blew off a few cobwebs! All the fresh air out with Farmer Wade is definitely doing you good.”
“I was out with him yesterday until 10pm, gathering rhubarb,” Sean says. “I went to his house and Mrs Farmer Wade provided tea. And he sang a song, For the Good Times. It was very emotional.”
“Does your wife, Patricia, not mind you being out so late in the evening?” says Iris in Ballyclare. “You're leaving her a grass widow.”
“Farmer Wade is my wife’s uncle,” says Mark in Claudy. “A man of many talents but he must have taken up the guitar very recently!”
“He played it very well,” Sean says. “He’s also a wonderful yodeller.”
With music from Shakin’ Stevens, Elvis Presley, Nicky Thomas, and more.
