Jane Baxter brings a fennel, chard and almond-stuffed squid to the table, sauteed in a rich tomato and basil sauce.

Sertaç Dirik takes a Turkish classic, manti, to a whole new level, filling them with a mix of mushrooms on a bed of fiery garlic yoghurt, smoked tomato sauce and hen-of-the-wood mushrooms. Meanwhile, Celeste Wong demonstrates different flavour profiles of coffee.

Yotam Ottolenghi and Noor Murad team up for a Middle Eastern twist on an Italian classic with their flavour-packed parmigiana pie, while following up all those savoury flavours with something sweet is Chantelle Nicholson and her banana cake with miso and rum caramel. And Michelle Keegan faces her food heaven, prawn fideua, or her food hell, lamb skewers.

Meanwhile, Rick Stein takes a break from the hustle and bustle of the kitchen to whip up a simple ceviche by the sea, and the Hairy Bikers experience a taste of South Africa in Devon.
