Taking on his toughest challenge yet, Freddie Flintoff faces dwindling team numbers and the reality that one of his clubs might be beyond saving.

When just a handful of teenagers turn up to training in Manchester, Presley and the boys are forced to go on a recruitment drive in order to save their team. Meanwhile, sporting legend Freddie is facing a losing battle to fundraise the large sums of money needed to restore their club to its former glory. In Blackpool, after the successful team-building day, Freddie’s girls’ team finally play their first match against a prestigious girls' boarding school. Out of their comfort zone, some struggle to control their last-minute nerves. Keen to know more about one girl's background, Freddie visits her supported living accommodation to try to understand the challenges she’s faced.

In Liverpool, only a few lads turn up to training, leaving Freddie to question their commitment before a second match. The Bootle boys, however, are determined to secure their first win as they face surprise opponents that make them question far more than their cricket abilities.
