Iain Ross aka Thugloaf, from Belfast, joins John in studio about how he has made it through the first round of The Great British Bake off, Barry Neilson sets himself a cycle challenge around NI in support of good mental health in the construction industry and Shankill Road poet Scott McKendry introducing poetry to a group of students in the area in a new documentary called I’m From The Road.
