Brit-Award winner (and proud native of the north east) JADE collaborates with conductor Robert Ames and Royal Northern Sinfonia at the BBC Proms in Gateshead.

Brit-Award winner (and proud native of the north east) JADE collaborates with conductor Robert Ames and Royal Northern Sinfonia at the BBC Proms in Gateshead.

Presented by Elizabeth Alker, Greg James and Sian Eleri from The Glasshouse International Centre for Music.

In a cultural homecoming, Brit Award-winning artist JADE, a proud north east native known to many as Little Mix’s Jade Thirlwall, returns to headline a one-night-only collaboration with Royal Northern Sinfonia, created especially for the BBC Proms.

The performance – JADE’s solo debut in the north east of England – features material from her forthcoming debut album, hits from her back catalogue and a handful of unexpected covers – all reimagined in an orchestral setting conducted by Robert Ames.

With brand new orchestral arrangements made by Robert Ames, Sasha Scott, Matt Rogers, Cee Haines, Ian Anderson, Bronte Tucker, Chester Trible and Christian Balvig.
