In the penultimate episode, the finish line is in sight for the four remaining teams.

Under seven hours separates the teams – the closest the race has been since leaving the Great Wall of China. Every decision on this leg is crucial to see which team will go into the final leg in pole position, an advantage they are all keen to secure. The intrepid duos need to navigate through the Indian state of Maharashtra in order to reach the seventh checkpoint - Panaji, the tiny capital of India’s smallest state, Goa.

Before the teams depart, there is time for them to enjoy one of the most unique experiences of the race so far – a safari in Gir National Park, where they have the chance to spot Asiatic lions.

In this incredible race through China, Nepal and India, the teams have endured challenges and hardships, relationships have found new depths, and their journey has taken many twists and turns. Everything is still to play for as the four remaining teams gear up to battle through for the final race to the finish line. With £20,000 at stake, no-one wants to trip up at this crucial stage of their race across the world.
